Robert Hogan is an accomplished stage, film and TV actor. He has recurring roles on Law and Order (as Judge Hugo Bright), HBO’s The Wire, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, and has appeared on Third Watch, Deadline, Now and Again, Cosby, Cupid & Cate, M*A*S*H and many other shows. He made famous the role of Burt Marshall on General Hospital.
